Initial review of your business. This includes setting up QB or reconciling the current years book. Configuring customer/vendor accounts. And creating a customized goal for your business.

Business Start Up
We will do all of the legal paperwork to legitimize your business including to file your corporate documents, obtain your tax ID numbers, and make sure to check for duplicate business names. The fee includes your state filing fees.
$995 one time fee
Business Clean Up
This option is for businesses owners who have been in business for a while and need to take their business legit. This fee includes the business start up, 2 months of basic bookkeeping in the current year, up to 3 years of account categorizations/reconciliation.
Monthly Bookkeeping

Basic Bookkeeping
The option include the categorization of all business transactions, reconciliations of all bank accounts, preparation of financial statements and monthly one on one meetings.

Advance Bookkeeping
This bookkeeping gives you all of the advantages of the basic bookkeeping but also takes care of processing QB payroll. Ensuring all tax accounts are set up and that each employee receives a paycheck.
